Connection & Rewards

Setting your break timesClick the Break Timers settings icon on your main Dashboard, or go to Profile in your account settings. The Break Timer Notifications scheduling table is in the My Information tab of your Profile.<img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/47cb7b1f-f231-4b39-8595-9ad75c13d241" alt="" width="670" height="120.91203104786545">To set your Break Timer start times, click the arrows in the table and choose a time from the list. Click Save when you're done. Your changes take effect the following day.Adjusting for time zones or Daylight SavingClick the clock icon to the right of "Break Timer Notifications." It'll turn green and reveal plus and minus buttons to adjust your time. Click Message Center in the left navigation menu, or click your company name, a teammate, or your coach directly to start a conversation. Team members are listed alphabetically by first name, with active members at the top, or use the search bar in the left navigation to find someone quickly. One-to-one conversations build stronger relationships and collaboration, helping create a real sense of camaraderie and support that lifts overall morale. Team-wide communication keeps everyone aligned and fosters a shared sense of purpose and belonging, especially valuable for remote and hybrid teams who might otherwise feel disconnected.Your WellWise Coach uses the Message Center to reach out daily with motivation and encouragement, for you individually and for your whole team. Use it to check in, share your progress, ask questions, or just say hello. It's one of the most direct ways to build real connection on WellWise.

Celebrate the moments that make your team, your team. From team challenge celebrations to conferences, events, and everything in between, the gallery gives everyone a place to see what's happening across the organization.Click Photo Gallery in the left navigation menu to browse. Photos are organized into albums by event or occasion, or you can view everything at once from the All Photos view. The Photo Gallery is also available in the WellWise mobile app.<img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/775673a7-06d3-4178-9446-dd88e5a017da" alt="" width="650" height="666.4556962025316">Why it mattersA shared photo gallery does more than document events, it builds a sense of belonging. Seeing your teammates celebrated and connected outside of day-to-day tasks reinforces that your workplace values people, not just output. For distributed and hybrid teams especially, the gallery closes the distance, giving everyone visibility into the culture and community they're part of, even when they're not in the same room.
