Message Center

Click Message Center in the left navigation menu, or click your company name, a teammate, or your coach directly to start a conversation. Team members are listed alphabetically by first name, with active members at the top, or use the search bar in the left navigation to find someone quickly. You can also see your team's message feed right on your dashboard and post from there.

Message types:

• Message your entire team
• 1-to-1 messages with teammates
• Private messages with your WellWise Coach

You can send:

• Text
• Emojis
• Images
• Links

Why it matters

Staying in regular touch with your team supports both social and mental wellbeing. One-to-one conversations build stronger relationships and collaboration, helping create a real sense of camaraderie and support that lifts overall morale. Team-wide communication keeps everyone aligned and fosters a shared sense of purpose and belonging, especially valuable for remote and hybrid teams who might otherwise feel disconnected.

Your WellWise Coach uses the Message Center to reach out daily with motivation and encouragement, for you individually and for your whole team. Use it to check in, share your progress, ask questions, or just say hello. It's one of the most direct ways to build real connection on WellWise.
